Our Mission
Remediation crews work at height, in confined spaces, over water, and on assets that are still in use while we are on them. Add lead based coatings, abrasive blasting and chemical products and there is very little about this work that forgives a shortcut.
Our mission is that everyone goes home in the same condition they arrived, every day, on every asset.
What that takes on a live asset
Access comes first. Scaffold, rope access, EWPs or under bridge units get designed for the structure rather than improvised on arrival, and confined space entries are permitted, monitored and attended properly.
Then the coating. On anything old enough to carry lead based paint, we test rather than assume, and containment, respiratory protection and health monitoring follow from the result. Getting that wrong harms the crew first and the public second.
Because most of our work happens on assets people are still using, we also plan for everyone who is not ours. Traffic, pedestrians, building occupants and marine users. And anyone on our crew can stop the work. On this kind of job, the person closest to the problem usually sees it first.

We pay our respects to the Traditional Custodians and Elders past, present and future, and honour their connection to the land and ongoing contribution to society.
