At Perfect Remediation & Refurbishment, the technical skill of our people is what makes complex structural repair work possible – so we invest heavily in keeping that skill current.
Our training covers:
- Induction & Onboarding – Every new starter completes a structured induction covering site safety expectations, access procedures (including rope access and EWP use), and the specific hazards of remediation work before they’re assigned to a live job.
- Ongoing Professional Development – Regular training throughout the year covers abrasive blasting and coatings application, cathodic protection systems, carbon fibre strengthening techniques, and heritage conservation methods, so our teams stay current as materials and regulations evolve.
- Traineeships & Mentoring – We bring new technicians into the industry through mentor-led programs, pairing them with experienced crew on real remediation projects to build both the hands-on and the technical knowledge this kind of work demands.
- Leadership Development – Site supervisors and project leads are given the tools to manage complex, multi-trade remediation projects – coordinating structural, waterproofing, coatings and access trades on a single site.
- Safety Training & Compliance – Safety Personnel Our teams are trained on current WHS requirements for height work, confined space entry, and blasting and coatings exposure, with regular toolbox talks and refreshers specific to the risks of remediation sites.
The result shows up in workforce retention and in the consistency of technical outcomes clients see project after project.
