Perfect Remediation & Refurbishment

Safety Personnel

Safety underpins everything we do at Perfect Remediation & Refurbishment - and given how often our work happens at height, in confined spaces or on live infrastructure, our safety team carries real weight.

Our safety personnel oversee every stage of a project, from the initial access and risk assessment through to sign-off, making sure protocols hold up in environments that don’t leave much room for error. The goal is straightforward: everyone goes home safely, every day.

Roles on our safety team include:
  • Certified Safety Officers
Build and roll out site-specific safety plans, run regular audits, and keep every project compliant with current WHS regulations – with particular attention to height access and confined space work.
  • Site Safety Coordinators
On the ground daily, making sure PPE, fall protection and respiratory equipment are used correctly, and running toolbox talks that address the specific risks of that day’s work.
  • Compliance & Risk Management Officers
Track WHS legislative changes, assess risk on a project-by-project basis, and build mitigation strategies suited to the technical demands of remediation work.

Beyond their daily responsibilities, our safety personnel also lead ongoing training sessions so our crews stay prepared for whatever a site throws at them – this proactive approach is what keeps safety embedded across the business rather than something reviewed after the fact.

Meet our safety team:

Roxana Roszkowska

Roxana is a Work Health and Safety professional with more than 10 years’ experience in construction.

She holds a Diploma of WHS along with a range of industry qualifications, and focuses on building and improving the safety management systems used across the Perfect Group.

Her work on legislative compliance has been central to keeping complex, high-risk sites safe.

As WHS coordinator across the Group, she provides support and guidance to make sure safety standards are applied consistently everywhere Perfect operates – including here at PRR.

Michael Dall

Michael has spent more than 50 years in the construction industry across trade services and safety roles, including 25 years with SafeWork/WorkCover as a construction safety inspector.

He’s managed major regulatory projects and led numerous incident investigations, including work resulting in prosecutions for WHS breaches. He holds a Bachelor of OH&S from Newcastle University along with two diplomas and an advanced diploma in safety management, and has lectured at Newcastle University on risk management, incident investigation and construction safety. He’s worked with Tier 1 contractors across the industry to build safety partnerships that hold up under real operational pressure – including one project that logged two million hours worked without a lost-time injury.
