Our policies at Perfect Remediation & Refurbishment set the ground rules for how we operate - safely, transparently, and consistently - whether we're working on a heritage building, a live bridge or an industrial asset.
Our core policies cover:
- Workplace Health & Safety Policy – Safety Personnel Given how much of our work happens at height, in confined spaces or around active infrastructure, our WHS policy is built around the specific risks of remediation work – rope access and abseiling, blasting media and coatings exposure, and structural loads that need engineering sign-off before work begins. Every crew member is expected to raise a concern the moment something looks wrong.
- Environmental Policy – Environmental Impact & Waste Reduction Remediation is inherently a more sustainable choice than demolition and rebuild, and we back that up in practice – careful containment and disposal of blast media and coating waste, and material choices that minimise environmental impact on every repair.
- Quality Management Policy Structural repair work has to perform for decades, not just look right on handover day. Our quality policy sets out inspection and sign-off procedures at each stage of a repair – surface preparation, material application, cure and load testing where relevant – with client feedback built into how we refine our processes.
- Equal Employment Opportunity & Anti-Discrimination Policy – Diversity and Inclusion Hiring, training and advancement at PRR are based on merit. Our policy sets a clear expectation of a workplace free from harassment and discrimination, for every team member on site or in the office.
- Client & Community Relations Policy Much of our work happens on occupied buildings, live infrastructure or heritage sites with heightened public interest. We keep communication direct and proactive with clients, asset managers and the public, particularly where access, noise or heritage considerations are involved.
