Restoration that respects the fabric
Heritage work punishes shortcuts. Hard mortar destroys soft brick. Sandblasting erases a sandstone face. The wrong sealer traps moisture and spalls the wall it was meant to protect. Our crews are trained for lime mortars, stone indent repairs, brick replacement matched from salvage, and cleaning methods chosen for the substrate rather than the schedule.
Where the structure behind the fabric has failed, we do the structural work too: corroded steel within masonry, cracked lintels, concrete cancer in interwar buildings. Repairs are engineered, then concealed so the streetscape reads original.
