Roof Remediation – Mt Annan
Client: Camden CouncilPerfect Remediation has successfully completed the roof remediation work, including structural steel & box gutter replacements to the existing 20 year old pool hall facility at Mt Annan Leisure Centre, Camden Council.
As the principal contractor, Perfect Remediation was responsible for the management and delivery of the entire project which involved steel remediation works to the main saw tooth roof structure, all steel columns within the pool hall, general lining repairs, roof purlin remediation and painting and the replacement of 325 l/m of the roof main box gutters.
